It’s nearly Christmas, need I remind you ask, but it could be the middle of March for all the notice I have been taking of it. All around me, people seem to be rushing from place to place, doing this, that and the other. I need to remind myself that this is the season of good will because, if it were not for the lights and my mother icing the cake, I’m in danger of forgetting.
Of course, on the occasions that I have remembered, I have gone and done some Christmas shopping, so there’ll be no rushing around the shops on Christmas Eve for me, thank you very
